I know I feel sooo much better when I donate some clothes and really get my life organized. A new month can mark the start of a diet, the start of a new way of living or maybe to you its just another month. You have a vision of where you see yourself, but most of the time life doesn&#8217;t work out the way you planned. It can work out for the best or make a sudden turn for the worst. Either way you need to go with the flow and let life take you on it&#8217;s crazy ride. People can relate to being at ultimate highs and unspeakable lows. I myself have experienced both. A really good cry always helps, just letting it all out without holding back. Suddenly you feel as though you have been smacked upside down and now you are on a new life course without knowing where to turn. A course you did not see yourself on or even considered. It&#8217;s scary and confusing but the only way to deal with it is keeping your spirits up and accepting that everything happens for a reason and time tells all. You may not be okay today, or tomorrow or even in a couple of months maybe even years. But one day you will accept what has happened and move on.</p> <p>We all are on the quest for true happiness, it&#8217;s up to you though to obtain it. Live life as if there is no tomorrow. Laugh when you can, smile when you&#8217;re happy and always remember that someone, somewhere in this world has it way worse than you. Be thankful for everything that you have and see the good in the bad. I understand that some mornings its soo hard to get out of bed and face the day but every day is a new beginning and can be that fresh start you have been needing.
